CORNED BEEF SALAD MOLD 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. heated tomato juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped

Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in hot tomato juice. Add lemon juice and salt. Chill until partially set. Fold in other ingredients. Chill in 1 1/2 quart mold or oblong cake pan. Serves 8.
