1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can corned beef
3 hard boiled eggs, cut up
1 c. Miracle Whip

Dissolve Jello in the boiling water. Combine all ingredients in a flat dish and chill. (Cold diced chicken can be substituted and is really very good.
