RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Bran Flakes
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; set aside. Put Bran Flakes and milk into bowl. Stir to combine well. Let stand for a few minutes until cereal is softened.

Add egg and oil. Beat well. Add dry ingredients and raisins, stirring only until combined. Pour into muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
