CRABMEAT AU GRATIN 
2 c. med. white sauce
2 c. crabmeat
1 chopped pimiento
1 green pepper, chopped
Parsley
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 - 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 thin slices lemon with juice
Salt & Pepper
1 c. grated cheese (sharp, Swiss or American)

To white sauce add crabmeat, pimiento, pepper, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, lemon, season to taste. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole or individual servers, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until hot. Serves 4 to 6.
