GERMAN FARMERS BREAKFAST 
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. diced or shredded potatoes
1 c. onions or less
Salt
1 c. cubed ham (1/4 lb.)
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley

In heavy skillet melt butter. Add potatoes, onions and salt. Stir until well coated. Cover and cook stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender. Stir in ham and parsley. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In small bowl beat eggs, pepper, salt and pour over potato mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over and bake 5 more minutes.
