MEXICAN FUDGE 
2 c. Cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 c. (TOTAL) Colby and Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
5 eggs
1 c. picante sauce

Combine cheeses. Put half in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Grease with nonstick vegetable spray.

Mix together eggs and picante sauce. Pour over cheese. Put remaining cheese on top.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool slightly. Cut into small squares and serve on tortilla chips.
