BREAD DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 sm. jar dried beef, chopped
4 green onions, minced
1 round loaf of unsliced hearty bread (rye or pumpernickel)

Mix first five ingredients. Slice off top of bread and hollow out loaf like a boat. Fill bread with dip mixture and cover with top slice. Wrap tightly with foil and bake for 90 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with crackers.
