LUNCH SALAD 
1 sm. box lemon Jello
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. canned milk
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. apple

Reserve pineapple juice. Mix Jello, water and 1/2 cup juice. Mix mayonnaise, pineapple, celery and apple. Add milk and pour into Jello mixture. Chill until set.
