RINDER ROULADEN 
4 thin slices beef
Salt and pepper
8 slices bacon, diced
1 onion, diced
3 tbsp. mustard
flour
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 pt. light cream

Mix diced bacon, onion and mustard until well blended. Lay out steaks, cover each with bacon mixture. Roll up steaks and use toothpicks to hold together. Roll steaks in flour to cover. Brown steak in pan with butter. When browned; add 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Remove steak. Add light cream, sour cream and flour to thicken. Add salt and pepper. DO NOT BOIL. When thickened, pour over steak. Serve with red cabbage and parsley potatoes.
