PORK CHOP BAR-B-QUE 
6-8 thick cut pork chops
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. applesauce

Slowly grill chops over indirect coals. Combine all sauce ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Brush chops with sauce on both sides during last 10 minutes of grilling, frequently basting.
