HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
2 tbsp. flour
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. dairy sour cream

Brown and drain fat from hamburger and onion. Add mushroom pieces, flour, salt and paprika. Blend these well. Stir in soup and cook over a low heat or heat in microwave until flour thickens. Blend in sour cream, stirring constantly. Heat through. May serve over noodles or rice. Quick and easy for either microwave or on the stove.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
