"SKINNY" FRENCH FRIES 
Slice potatoes in French-fry style.

Use 2-3 tablespoons oil to lightly coat fries. (Do not allow potatoes to get greasy.)

Spray cookie sheet lightly with Pam and spread fries flat on sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown, flip fries and bake for 10 minutes more. Sprinkle lightly with nutritional yeast. 140 calories per 4 ounce serving.
