BAKED PORK CHOPS & CORN 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
4 slices bread, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1 bag (24 oz.) whole kernel corn, frozen
6 to 8 pork chops

Stir milk and eggs together. Pour eggs and milk mixture over mixture of corn, onions and bread. Lay pork chops over top of everything. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
