BAKED PORK CHOPS & CORN 
4 to 6 pork chops
1 can cream corn
1 egg
2 tbsp. drippings off of pork chops
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown pork chops, then trim off excess fat and lay flat in a large baking dish. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour this corn mixture over the pork chops and bake 1 hour covered and 1/2 hour uncovered at 350 degrees.
