CHEESE ONION BREAD 
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. corn muffin mix (1 sm. pkg.)
1 c. creamed corn
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Grease 8 x 8 inch pan. Saute onion in butter. Mix muffin mix, creamed corn, and egg; pour into pan. Top with onions. Layer sour cream and cheese over all.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Must eat with a fork!
