1 pt. whipping cream 1/2 lb. marshmallows 3-4 sticks peppermint candy, crushed (3" - 4" long) Vanilla wafers Crush vanilla wafers. Line pan with vanilla wafers reserving some for on top. Combine whipping cream, marshmallows and peppermint. Put mixture on top of vanilla wafers. Set in refrigerator overnight. | |
