CRAB MEAT AU GRATIN 
1 can crab meat
1 c. mayonnaise or whipped cream cheese
Grated onion to taste
1 c. grated sharp cheese
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper

Mix ingredients together and refrigerate about 5-10 minutes, if desired. Makes 4 servings. Serve with crackers or English muffins.
