SAUTEED APPLES 
1 tbsp. butter
1 med. delicious apple, cored and thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. maple syrup

Melt butter in medium size skillet. Add apple slices and saute over medium heat 7 to 8 minutes until tender. Add cinnamon, ginger and maple syrup and heat through. Makes 1 cup. Good on ice cream, pancakes.
