GRILLED TOMATOES 
4 med. ripe tomatoes
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. shredded sharp American cheese
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Parsley

Halve tomatoes or cut in thick slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and butter. Put a good sized spoonful on each tomato. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired. Heat tomatoes in oven or on grill until heated through. Serve hot. Delicious!
