CITY CHICKEN | |
Cut 2 pounds pork steak and 2 pounds veal steak in pieces about two inches square. Season with salt and pepper. Place alternately on wooden skewers until you have three pieces of veal and three of pork on each skewer. Roll each piece in cracker crumbs. Dip in beaten egg. Brown on all sides. Place in baking pan; add two cups milk. Cover. Bake in slow oven at 325 degrees for about two hours. |
