1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. water

Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in an 8x8 inch baking pan and mix with a fork. Spread evenly in pan. With a spoon, make 3 holes in mixture. Add the oil, then add vinegar and vanilla. Pour water over all and mix well with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
