1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water

Sift dry ingredients into ungreased pan and mix in oil, vinegar, vanilla, and water with a fork. DO NOT BEAT! Bake in same pan as mixed in (9 x 9 inch pan). Oven at 350 degrees. Serves 6-9. (This recipe can be doubled and baked in a 9 x 13 inch pan).
