CHOCOLATE ECLAIR 
1 lg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 lg. Cool Whip
Whole graham crackers

ICING:

1/2 bar sweet German chocolate
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. Karo syrup
6 tbsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar

Cook all ingredients except sugar. Just bring to a boil. Beat sugar in and put on top.

Mix instant pudding as directed then mix Cool Whip with pudding mix. In large dish put layer of graham crackers, then pudding mix then another layer of graham crackers and the rest of pudding mix.
