POORMAN'S CHOP SUEY | |
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef, browned 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. raw rice 2 c. warm water 3 tbsp. soy sauce 2 chopped onions 1 c. chopped celery Mix and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove, stir, sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes more. Serves 6 to 8. |
