BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. pork sausage, crumbled
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (8 oz.) crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
5 eggs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Brown sausage and onion; drain. Separate rolls into triangles and place on 12 inch pizza pan with points toward the center. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust. Spoon sausage and onion over crust. Sprinkle potatoes and cheese over sausage.

In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
