SALMON SUPREME 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon
5 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. onions, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. oregano
Dash or so hot sauce
Salt/pepper to taste
3/4 c. shredded cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder

Melt butter in large frying pan. Crumble and add salmon, onion, peppers, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Mix over medium heat 5 minutes. Add eggs. Sprinkle oregano, garlic powder and cheese over egg mixture. Scramble mixture until well blended and cheese is melted, approximately 5 minutes. Serve with dash of hot sauce. Salmon may be substituted with mackeral.
