SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Pepper to taste
Paprika

Drain salmon and save liquid. Flake salmon. Combine bread crumbs and seasonings with liquid. Mix thoroughly. Pack into small greased loaf pan. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
