STIR - FRY BEEF AND ASPARAGUS 
3/4 lb. top round steak
2 tbsp. soy
1 tbsp. sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. fresh asparagus, cut into 1" pieces
1 tbsp. cooking oil
6 green onions, cut into 1" pieces

Partially freeze beef; cut into thin strips. In a small bowl, stir together the next 4 ingredients with 2 tablespoons water and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Add beef; toss to coat. Cover; let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Mix cornstarch and 1/3 cup water; set aside.

Spray wok or large skillet with Pam. Stir fry onions 1 1/2 minutes. Add asparagus. Stir fry 1 1/2 minutes or until crisp tender. Remove. Add oil and beef. Stir fry 2-3 minutes. Push from center. Stir cornstarch mixture. Add. Cook 2 minutes. Add vegetables. Cook 1 minute. Serve to 4 people.
