FOUR FOOD GROUP SALAD 
2 skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg. honey mustard dressing, HIDDEN VALLEY® or Good Seasons
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 kinds lettuce
Spinach greens, 8 c. total
2 c. fruit, any kind
1 c. chopped nuts

Cook chicken until done (poached). Cut into medium to small pieces. Combine honey mustard dressing with orange juice, Wesson Oil and vinegar. Refrigerate. Combine salad fixings torn into bite sized pieces. Add fruit (use anything in season strawberries, and blueberries or grapes and bananas are good combinations). Add chicken pieces and nuts. Add salad dressing and toss.
