COLA ROAST | |
Combine and rub on a 4 to 5 lb. brisket or bottom round roast: 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 3 tbsp. oil 12 oz. bottle chili sauce 10 oz. bottle coke 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. (or 1 tbsp. according to desired hotness) of Tabasco sauce Brown roast in oil. Drain off drippings. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over mix. Cover and bake at 325 degrees (covered) for 3 hours or until tender. |
