SPANISH RICE 
1 c. Riceland Long Grain Rice
2 1/2 tsp. Knorr tomato bouillon with chicken flavor
3 1/2 c. water
2 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. green peas (optional)
5 tbsp. cooking oil

Heat oil in a 2 quart saucepan. Add 1 cup rice, stir continually until it is toasted to a medium yellow color. Add tomato bouillon, tomato, water and green peas (optional). Stir to mix ingredients, then cover with a tight fitting lid. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes or until rice is dry.

I tried your recipe and it was good but I tweaked it. I cut down the water to 3 cups, added 1/2 cup of mild salsa, chunky was best, instead of tomato sauce. I did use just one bouillon cube of the tomato chicken. No peas. My Hispanic husband loves it!
