2 c. flour
6 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 sticks butter
1 c. nuts, chopped

Sift flour and sugar into mixing bowl. Add vanilla. Break 2 sticks of butter into bowl. Partially mix with mixer, and finally mix with hands. Chop 1 cup of nuts. Mix nuts into bowl. Roll chunk of batter into a ball and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees (should not be brown). Let cool 10 minutes on cookie sheet. Roll cooled Roly Poly's in 10X sugar. Fill cookie jar.
