FROZEN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. hash browns, frozen 1/2 c. melted butter 3/4 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soups 1 (16 oz.) sour cream 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 2-3 cloves garlic, salt and pepper Defrost potatoes. Mix all together; put in buttered casserole. Cover with rolled corn flakes. Pour over a little melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees covered 40 minutes. |
