SMOKED SALMON AND DILL ROLLUPS | |
4 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 tsp. minced fresh dill 12 to 16 oz. smoked salmon, thinly sliced Combine the softened cream cheese with the fresh dill. Spread on the thin slices of smoked salmon and roll up jelly-roll fashion. Chill. Just before serving, cut the rollups into slices about 1/2 inch thick. |
