COUNTRY FRIED STEAK 
4 minute steaks
1 lg. onion
Flour, salt & pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can golden mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water
2 tbsp. oil

Roll steaks in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in hot oil in an iron skillet. Place steaks in baking dish. Slice onion and place slices over steak. Mix mushroom soup with water. Pour over onions and steaks. Bake in 300 degree oven, covered, for 1 hour until tender.
