RANCH CHICKEN 
Chicken
1/2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp.pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. butter

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Dip chicken in 1/2 cup milk, roll in mixture of 1 cup Bisquick, 2 teaspoons salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 2 teaspoons paprika. Melt 1/2 cup butter in 9 x 13 x 12 inch pan. Add chicken skin side down. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Make drop biscuits from side of Bisquick box. Move chicken to 1 end of pan. Place large can of peaches on chicken. Drop biscuits in other end of pan. Pour peach juice over all. Bake 15 minutes until biscuits are brown.

GRAVY: Move food to platter. Blend 1/4 cup Bisquick into drippings. Stir in 1 cup water, boil and stir. Stir in 1 cup milk. Cook until thick. Add more water if needed.
