1 c. chocolate bits
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
8 c. Rice Chex
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt chocolate bits, butter and peanut butter in microwave. Pour over Rice Chex. Mix thoroughly and put in large plastic bag with confectioners' sugar. Shake until coated.
