QUICK SPOON ROLLS | |
1/4 c. sugar 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted 2 c. very warm water 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 pkg. dry yeast 4 c. self-rising flour Mix all ingredients together. Drop by spoonfuls in greased muffin pans. Do not let rise in pans. Just pop into preheated 400°F oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until brown. Dough will keep in fridge for several days. Do not stir when removed from the fridge. Just bake as directed. |
