QUICK ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. warm water
1 stick butter
4 c. self rising flour

Mix well. Spoon into muffin pans. Let rise 35 to 40 minuites before baking.

Bake at 350°F until golden brown. Will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
