QUICK YEAST ROLLS 
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
3 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk (1/2 canned milk, 1/2 water)

Mix together all ingredients, beat well (cover 1 hour). Turn out on floured board and knead. Make into rolls. Bake at 375 degrees until brown.
