QUICK AND EASY YEAST ROLLS 
4 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. warm water
1 pack yeast

Mix the warm water, sugar and yeast. Set aside. Mix milk, oil and flour. Add yeast mixture. Beat with spoon by hand. Drop in greased muffin tins. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. This will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator. Bake what you need at a time.
