QUICK 'N EASY YEAST ROLLS 
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. Crisco oil
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. sifted flour

In large bowl dissolve yeast in warm water. Add salt, sugar, and eggs. Add flour gradually. BEAT. Add Crisco oil. BEAT. Spoon dough into greased muffin tins filling 1/3 full. Let rise until dough is level with top of muffin pans.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
