COL - CANON 
1/4 head cabbage, chopped and cooked until tender
1 lg. or 2 med. onions, chopped and cooked until tender

Drain off the water on both cabbage and onions. 6 or 8 large potatoes, peeled, drained, and mashed. To the mashed potatoes, add plenty of butter, the chopped and cooked cabbage, and onion. Best to use an electric mixer to beat well together. Sprinkle with parsley and butter to garnish. When served with pork roast, it is simply delicious.
