BARBARA'S PEACH DESSERT SUPREME 
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Using mixture, blend all until rather stiff. Using fingers, press into a 2 quart buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees in center of oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

CREAM FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

PEACH FILLING:

1 c. peaches, pureed
1/2 c. water
1 c. granulated sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch of salt
Few drops almond extract
