PEANUT BARS 
3/4 c. light Karo syrup
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. peanut butter
1 1/4 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 1/4 c. Rice Krispies
1 1/4 c. unsalted peanuts

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 - 1 stick butter (judge best consistency)
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat the first three ingredients over hot water until sugar is dissolved and blended. Add remaining ingredients and press into 9 x 13 pan. Frost with cream cheese frosting. Cream the butter and cream cheese together, beating in the milk and vanilla.
