FRESH FRUIT CRISP 
1 c. Quaker oats
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Combine oats, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon; set aside. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2 tbsp. all purpose flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. water 6 c. apples (6 to 8 medium) peaches or pears, peeled and sliced

Combine remaining ingredients except fruit. Add fruit slices tossing to coat. Spoon into 8 inch square glass baking dish. Top with oat mixture. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until fruit is tender.
