QUICK CHILI 
1 lb. chopped meat
1 lg. pepper, cut up
1 med. onion, cut up
Leftover spaghetti sauce or 1 can crushed tomatoes (sm.)
1 can pork and beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar

In large covered pot brown meat, pepper and onion. Add sauce about 2 cups. Flavor with garlic powder, salt and pepper. In cup of water mix chili powder and sugar. Add to meat mixture. Let simmer 1/2 hour, stir occasionally. Add can of pork and beans and kidney beans. Simmer another 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over rice or cooked pasta or just eat it plain.
