CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 c. cranberries
1 c. water
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 c. sugar
1 box cherry Jello
1/2 c. crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 c. red grapes (halved)
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Cook cranberries in water and pineapple juice until skins burst. Add sugar and cook 5 minutes longer. Put Jello in bowl and pour hot cranberries over Jello and stir well. Let cool, then add pineapple, grapes and nuts. Mix and chill.
