1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 env. (1 1/4 oz. each) taco seasoning mix
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 head lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, diced
1/3 c. sliced ripe olives

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10 inch skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix; spoon into plate. Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until almost smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into plate.

Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, olives and, if desired, sour cream. 6-8 servings. 15 minutes to prepare!
