1 box cake mix (yellow)
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
4 eggs
1 German chocolate bar (shaved)

Mix all ingredients for 3 minutes. Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
